Neil has been working as an actor in theatre, tv and film (such projects as Hollyoaks Later: playing Simon Walker, Netflix show 'Residue', 76 Days Adrift, Stranded amongst others) and in Performance Capture and voice over for games, television and films for over 10 years in lead or supporting lead roles. He specialises in multi-role characters in animation as well as stunts/combat, creature work and martial arts.

Recent Nda work include 3 AAA projects playing leading roles and was performance consultant and lead performer on a AAA franchise animated feature filming in Japan early 2020 as well as an NDA project shooting inbetween in Los Angeles at the Sony stage.

He is also featured in Sky's Gangs of London as part of the stunt team.

Amongst his better known characters in games are: Nicholai/ Nemesis in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Kamski/ Gavin Reed from multi award winning Detroit Become Human, Nyx/Captain Petra from Final Fantasy XV Kingsglaive, Nick Lightbearer from 'We Happy Few' , Commander James Jameson in Elite: Dangerous, Bryn in Andy Serkis' Planet of the Apes: Last Frontier, Karlfrom Sniper Elite 4, John Galahad, Adrian Zorescu and Father Lucian from Secret World Legends besides many many more

Clients he has worked with internationally include amongst many others : Ubisoft, Sony, Square Enix, Capcom, CCP, Bethesda, Creative Assembly, Guerilla Games, EA, Axis Animation, MercurySteam, Hi-Rez Studios, Rebellion, RealTime UK, Sumo Digital, Slingshot Cartel, SuperMassive Games, Codemasters and Dambusters Deep Silver, CI Games, Bungie, Square Enix, Scott Free, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures and HBO.

As well as still performing, Neil is the founder/ mentor at his own company, Performance Captured Academy ( part of his Performance Captured Ltd Group) training new performers, game devs and directors for full performance in games and is also now an Action/ Performance Director and has just completed performance directing on Borderlands 3: Happy together cinematic as well as work on Total Wars:Three Kingdoms.

He also helms his own production company Performance Captured Productions in co-productions, despite being a new company they have already secured work with Square Enix, Capcom, Shloc, Larian and Turbulenz. He is developing an original I.P as an animated TV series, working with Alessandro Taini ( ex Ninja Theory- Devil May Cry franchise) and an animated feature with writer Tom De Ville ( Hannibal, Marvel).
